Strong & Fearless was created with one purpose: to empower women to feel confident, strong and unstoppable, both inside and outside the gym.
We believe strength is more than physical. It’s having the courage to keep going when life gets difficult. It’s choosing yourself, rebuilding, growing and refusing to give up.
Strong & Fearless was founded on January 1st, 2026, by Sara Fashionista a single mum of 14 years with a vision to create something bigger than just another activewear brand.
After navigating some of life’s most challenging seasons, fitness became more than a routine, it became a place of discipline, confidence and strength. That journey inspired the creation of Strong & Fearless, a brand built for women who continue to show up for themselves, no matter what life throws at them.
